Privacy Policy

Effective October 2026. Applies to the Revenue Is a Behavior online course and sidehillgroup.com.

The short version. We collect what we need to sell you the course, give you access, and stay in touch. We don’t sell your personal information. You can ask to see, correct, or delete it at any time by emailing [email protected].

Who we are

Sidehill Consulting, LLC, d/b/a Sidehill Group (“Sidehill”, “we”, “us”) runs sidehillgroup.com and the Revenue Is a Behavior course. We are responsible for the personal information described in this policy. You can reach us at [email protected] or at 2381 Quincy Way, Palm Springs, CA 92262, USA.

Information we collect

Information you give us:

  • Name, email address, company name, and phone number when you buy, register, or contact us.
  • Billing details such as billing address. Card details go directly to our payment provider, Stripe, and are not stored by us.
  • Anything you send us in emails, forms, or support requests.

Information collected automatically:

  • Course activity, such as lessons started and completed.
  • Device and usage data, such as browser type, pages visited, and approximate location from your IP address.
  • Cookies and similar technologies, described in section 7.

Workbook and fieldwork content you complete offline stays with you. We only see what you choose to upload or send us.

How we use it

  • To process your purchase and give you access to the Course.
  • To provide support and respond to your questions.
  • To send service messages, such as receipts, access details, and important Course updates.
  • To send occasional marketing emails about our courses and services, where permitted. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
  • To understand how the site and Course are used so we can improve them.
  • To prevent fraud, secure our systems, and meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

Legal bases (UK and EU visitors)

If you’re in the UK or European Economic Area, we rely on these legal bases: contract, to deliver the Course you bought; legitimate interests, to run, secure, and improve our business and to market similar services to existing customers; consent, for non-essential cookies and marketing where consent is required; and legal obligation, for tax and accounting records. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time.

Who we share it with

We don’t sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business, under agreements that require them to protect it:

  • Our website, course, and CRM platform, HighLevel.
  • Our payment processor, Stripe.
  • Email delivery and website analytics tools that run through HighLevel.
  • Professional advisers, such as accountants and lawyers, where needed.

We may also disclose information if required by law, or as part of a sale or reorganization of our business, in which case this policy continues to apply.

International transfers

Our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Where information about UK or EEA residents is transferred, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the standard contractual clauses approved by the relevant authorities.

Cookies

We use cookies that are essential for the site, checkout, and Course login to work. With your consent where required, we may also use analytics and marketing cookies to understand site traffic and measure our advertising. You can control cookies through your browser settings and, where shown, our cookie banner. Blocking essential cookies may stop checkout or the Course from working.

How long we keep it

We keep account and purchase information for as long as you have access to the Course, and then for as long as needed to meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements, typically up to seven years for transaction records. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. California residents have the right to know what we collect and to request deletion, and we won’t discriminate against you for using these rights.

To make a request, email [email protected]. We’ll respond within the time the law requires, usually 30 days. If you’re in the UK or EEA, you can also complain to your data protection authority, such as the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.

Security

We use reputable service providers and reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No system is completely secure, so please use a strong, unique password for your Course login.

Children

The Course is designed for business owners and professionals. It isn’t directed at anyone under 18, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We’ll post the new version here with a new effective date and, for significant changes, let enrolled students know by email.
