He has experienced, directed, and managed tremendous change in sales practices and results, in addition to participating in and leading the implementation of a wide range of sales processes and training methods.

Jon’s experience includes a wide range of industry leaders in markets that span Biotechnology, Technical and Engineering Services, Construction and Capital Equipment, Human Capital Services and Fine Wine distribution, among others.

He has a long record of rapid turnaround and sustainable revenue generation accomplishments, delivered with expertise in strategic planning, developing sales teams and programs, and improving the top line through process alignment and tactical partnership.

Jon began his career in the early 1980’s ‘Boom or Bust’ High Tech, market. Having always worked under heavy change requirements, Jon quickly developed a passion for solving the complex challenges that keep sales organizations from performing at their best, and a reputation for success as a ‘fixer’ soon followed.

Jon earned a Bachelor’s Degree with honors from San Jose State University, attending evening classes while working a travel-intense sales position full time. He holds certificates from a range of sales development, management and skills enhancement programs.
